Tell Us Your App helps people discover independent apps and interact with their makers. This page explains the information used by the website.

Google sign-in

When you sign in, Google provides a stable account identifier, your verified email address, display name, and, if available, profile photo. We use these to create your account, show your identity, and protect account-only actions. We request only the openid,email, and profile scopes. We do not store your Google password or Google access and refresh tokens.

Information you choose to provide

We store content you submit, such as your maker profile, app submissions, reviews and attachments, ownership evidence, saved apps, votes, and campaign or giveaway-club activity. Public profiles and approved content can be seen by other visitors. Your email address and Google account identifier are not shown in the public maker profile.

Sessions and service operation

An essential, secure, HTTP-only cookie keeps you signed in. A session lasts up to 30 days unless you sign out or revoke it. We keep a hash of the session token and coarse browser, device, and platform labels so you can review sessions. Short-lived sign-in state protects the Google callback. Hosting and security systems may process request metadata needed to deliver and protect the service.

Search and outside services

A submitted app search may be processed by an AI service to understand what you are looking for. Do not include sensitive personal information in a search prompt. We use Google for authentication and Cloudflare for hosting and storage. Links to app stores and maker websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Anonymous site counters

We count page views by day and country, listed apps, and accepted search submissions. Today uses Asia/Seoul time. These counters do not store search text, raw IP addresses, or account details. A random page-view event ID prevents duplicate counts within a 24-hour window; hashed network keys limit automated submissions. Expired event IDs and rate-limit keys are removed when new page views are recorded. Country is supplied by our hosting provider, and may be unknown.

Your choices

You can sign out, revoke other active sessions in account settings, and control what you add to your profile. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of your account information, contact us at snuffdog.kgaroo@gmail.com. We may need to retain information where required for security, dispute handling, or legal obligations. We will update this page when our data practices change.
